This 7-night, 6-day ride from Tignish to Elmira on the Confederation trail on Prince Edward Island. We have added a special day where you will be shuttled to Cavendish where you can ride into the National Park, have lunch in North Rustico, head back to Cavendish to visit Anne of Green Gable, sit on the beach and see a sunset. You have overnights in Charlottetown, Mill River, Summerside, Charlottetown (north) Cavendish, St. Peter’s Bay, and return to Charlottetown. Our route directions will keep you on the Confederation Trail except for lunch and evening lodging. PEI has many quiet paved roads to choose from and you are free to explore or create alternative as you wish. Your tour includes your 7 nights stay, breakfast (at most locations), GPS mapping for your entire tour, daily tour itinerary provided in our app, shuttle to the start of the tour and a return shuttle at the end, PEI themed t-shirt and patch. You can also add luggage shuttle to transport your luggage to each lodging location, bike rentals (hybrid and e-bikes) and extra nights lodging in Charlottetown. You will ride 191 miles on this all rail-to-trail small rock trail in six days. Our tour dates start on Sunday however if you want a different start date, please send in an INQUIRY with your preferred start of your tour. Daily Itinerary • Day 1 - Arrive in Charlottetown - Hotel in Charlottetown by the water and restaurants • Day 2 - Shuttle arrives 8:30-8:45 to drive you to Tignish to begin your tour. Ride to Mill River Resort for the night (24 miles) • Day 3 - Mill River to Summerside where you will stay by the water and boardwalk (44 miles) • Day 4 - Ride to Kensington and see the Old Train Station before heading to Winsloe to Meet your shuttle to Cavendish for the night at a lovey resort. (41 miles) • Day 5 - Spend the day by the sea. Ride in the National Park to N. Rustico for lunch then head back to Cavendish where you can visit Anne of Green Gable, red-sand beaches and sunset.(18 miles) • Day 6 – Shuttle back to Charlottetown and ride to St. Peter's Bay is another beautiful day seeing the shoreline and the many mussel and clam farms in the bays. Hotel in St. Peter's Bay. (38 miles) • Day 7 – St. Peter's Bay to Elmira and the last day riding on the Confederation Trail. You meet our shuttle at 3:00pm for the return to Charlottetown and your last night's lodging. (27 miles)

DAY 1
Day 1
Travel Day – Arrive in Charlottetown, PEI
This is a day to travel to PEI, flying or driving. An overnight stay for you in Charlottetown at a very nice hotel within walking distance of wharf and restaurants.
DAY 2
Shuttle (8:30-8:45a.m.): Charlottetown to Tignish (western PEI) and Ride to Mill River
The shuttle will meet you at your lodging for transportation to Tignish in western PEI (2 hour drive). Begin at KM marker “0” to begin an afternoon ride of 45 km to Mill River, your overnight destination. (24 mi)
DAY 3
Mill River to Summerside
Today’s ride takes you through farmlands and small towns. Stop in Ellerslie to see how ship building industry thrived in the 1800’s, find ice cream at Richmond Dairy Bar (km 81) then off to Summerside, the Island’s second largest city for evening lodging on the waterfront and boardwalk. (44 mi)
DAY 4
Summerside to Charlottetown
Follow the Trail to Kennsington and stop at the historic Railway Station (km 122) then through rolling hills on your to your lodging where the trail passes just outside the northern part of Charlottetown. (48 mi)
DAY 5
Charlottetown to Cavendish by Shuttle
We will pick you up between 8:30-8:45am to get a shuttle to Cavendish. You can then ride the National Park Trail to North Rustico to have lunch and then ride back viewing again the red sand beaches. In Cavendish you can visit the Anne of Green Gable property, try some putt putt golf or just sit at the beach and watch the sunset. Hotel will be in Cavendish. (18 miles)
DAY 6
Shuttle Cavendish to Charlottetown then ride to St. Peter's Bay
Shuttle in the morning again back to Charlottetown to get back on the Trail which follows the Hillsborough River part of the day on the way to St. Peter’s. You might want to check out the beautiful Greenwich PEI National Park (15 Km from St. Peter’s). (37 mi)
DAY 7
St. Peter's to Elmira at east end of the Confederation Trail
Today’s ride will take you through some of the most scenic coastal views. Take some pictures and enjoy the views. You will ride over the 235 food long Morell River Bridge at km 221 – the longest bridge on the trail. Meet the shuttle at Elmira trailhead for a ride back to Charlottetown and a final overnight on the Island. 43 km (27 mi). Option to ride to East Point Lighthouse which add another 7 miles.
